Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster Fixes Black Screen And Lag

FINAL FANTASY X tells the story of a star blitzball player, Tidus, who journeys with a young and beautiful summoner named Yuna on her quest to save the world of Spira from an endless cycle of destruction wrought by the colossal menace Sin.

FINAL FANTASY X-2 returns to the world of Spira two years after the beginning of the Eternal Calm. Having been shown a mysterious but familiar image in a sphere, Yuna becomes a Sphere Hunter and along with her companions Rikku and Paine, embarks on a quest around the world to find the answers to the mystery within.

Based on the international versions of the games that were previously only released in Japan and Europe, FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster brings these timeless classics forward to the current generation of fans, old and new alike.

FPS Issue On Nvidia Cards

Fixing the fps issues you need to goto your Nvidia Control settings and turn off the v sync , and do the following changes

Anisotropic Filter – 16x
FXAA – Off
Gamma Correction – On
Antialiasing Mode – Override Application
Antialiasing Setting 8x (CSAA)
Antialiasing Transparency – Off
CUDA GPU’s – All
Max pre-rendered frames – 1
Single display Performance mode
Power Management – Prefer max performance
Shader Cache – On
Texture filtering Anisotropic sampling – Off
Texture filtering Nagative LOD – Clamp
Texture filtering Quality – Quality
Texture filtering Trilinear Optimization – On
Threaded Optimization – On
Triple Buffer – On
V-Sync – On
VR pre-render – Let application decide


Lag Issue

You need to goto the ingame settings and tweak your graphics settings a bit

if you system is not that heavy to play this game then you have to lower down your resolution

or you can put your graphics settings to medium or low while turning of the v sync option from in game graphics settings too.


Black Screen

You need to start your game on administrative mode by clicking on Final Fantasy X X-2 HD Remaster icon and by going into properties you can select

the administrative mode and apply.

You can also try runnig the game on windows 7  compatibility setting from the same properties option.


Redist Files

Make sure you install all of the c++ redistributables requred by Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster
